How to Prepare Your Body for BSH 2016

The Health Institute (THI) is excited about being involved with The 22nd annual Bay Street Hoops Basketball tournament.
We will be providing on-site sport first aid coverage to you and your team as you support a great charitable cause. THI’s team of health care practitioners will be there to assist you in pre-game preparation, including:
- Dynamic warm exercises
- Athletic taping
- First aid treatment
- Therapy for acute or chronic injuries, aggravated by the weekend of fun
- Post-game therapy via cryotherapy (ice)
If you have been dormant since the last tournament please perform these exercises to prepare your body for the battles of the game.
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your first game and utilize the indoor track – walk, jog or run.
